2) If you want to write (Brenda Ueland) who died at 93 in 1985  Recommended by Aaron  Rusch 

3) Eat pray Love by Elizabeth gilbert   (recommended by Carrie mcallen – kinda girly but fun) After a divorce the author travels and stays in some different countries.

4) Round Ireland with a fridge—Tony Hawks  Given to me by my friend Ede TenWeges Hitchhiking all the around Ireland with a fridge -  bet

Flavorpill.com  website and weekly email anything and anything going on.  You can get updates for NYC san francisco, miami LA chicago, london. 

Abrainterrain.com- intlectual happenings in Los Angeles.  Literature, science, culture and politics.

Myopenbar.com- Gudie to free booze latest info on  nightlife and hipster parties in san francisco, chicago, LA and new york. Surprisgly many clas gigs make the list- gallery openings, DJ's promotion fun (new vodkas etc)

Laughingsquid.com- website and email from this san francisco insttution since 1996.  Music drama, underground comedy, rarely shown films,

Nonsensenyc.com  new yorks guide to progressive under the radar happenings, (example – ny juddling festival and  end of season party for interactive dance troupe)

Ohmyrockness.com  In NYC, chicago and LA.  Small venue concert for folks hoping to catch the next big thing.  Billed as indie rock show list the site does a good job of covering whats going on.
